Terms and Conditions

  • Our Check in Time 12:00 Pm / Check Out Time 10:00 Am
  • At the time of reservation, only Room Types and Facilities are confirmed, no floor or Rooms Numbers confirmation will be provided / given.
  • Payments through Cheque – confirmation reservation is ensured subject to encashment of the cheque.
  • Our Tariffs are subject to change without prior notice. Govt. Applicable Taxes at time will be applicable
  • Against Advance confirm reservation – Advance Reservations Voucher is mandatory at the time of Check in.
  • We will not be responsible for any damage or litigation if any guests indulge in any activities which are not acceptable to the local norms and values.
  • Guests will be responsible for damage or loss of any article caused by them and will be charges on actual basis
  • Carrying if the mentioned identification cards (Voter Identity Card / Adhar Card / Passport / Driving License) are mandatory for each resident guest during Check In.
  • We are not responsible for any kind of threat or accidental cases during your stay at Hotel Premises. For any valuable goods the same may be deposited to the Operation Manager for the safe custody against valid receipt.
  • We have every right to cancel any reservation for any adverse circumstances and the cancellation policy is not implied.
  • We reserve the right to disallow any undesirable person without assigning any reason
  • Disputes & Arbitration if any shall be subject to Purulia Jurisdiction.
  • Any Reservation made with us – means that the guests have accepted the above mentioned policies knowing it all clearly. We always reserve the right to alter / add any points without prior information’s.

Cancellation Policy

  • For Cancellation of Reservation:- 30 Days and Above Prior to Check in Date 75% money will be Refunded, 29 to 15 Days Prior to Check in Date 50% money will be refunded, below 14 Days no money will be refund.
  • If a guests does not occupy the rooms within 8 Hours (without any prior notification) of his or her schedule Check in Time that is 10:00 Am on the Check in Date, the reservation stands cancel and the advance amount is not refunded marked as No Show and be same is collected as No Show Charges.
  • Advance once paid will be refunded on subject to the above policy.
  • After your reservation confirmed with Control No, any changes subject to the above Policy
  • Regarding refund against cancellation as per the above policy : if the reservations are made though our official channel partners, please contact the respective partners for the refund, if the reservation is done directly from us by our Sales Representative / Managers please contact the concern respective person who has deal with you, and if the reservations is made through our Online Portal from our official website please email us to :- spanglewings@gmail.com

Child Policy

  • Child Policy up to 10 Years is our special guests therefore no charges for the accommodation. Child aged to 11 years and above, Extra Person Charges will be applicable Rs 300.00.
